Did you know that as an existing homeowner you could be eligible for rebates and programs to help you save money on your home efficiency efforts? That’s right, but before you start any work, here’s what you should know.

Canada Greener Homes Grant
This is a federal program – here’s what you need to know.
- Open to Canadian homeowners, wherever you live
- Must be your primary residence
- Must be able to provide proof of ownership
- New homes are not eligible for the grant
- Complete a pre-and post-retrofit EnerGuide evaluation
- Complete at least one retrofit that is both eligible and recommended by your energy advisor in their report. Only homeowners who conduct at least one retrofit will receive a grant.
